Abstract: There is a rapid development of electric vehicles in recent years, the demand of electric vehicle increases, and cause fire happened in the car park. To prevent potential risks and hazards by electric vehicles. An advanced simulation using the Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) and Smokeview (SMV) was conducted with an underground car parking analysis and visualization of the fire grows. Refer to the reality materials using in the electric vehicle, different plastic materials of the car bodies such as the front bumper and rubbers for the car wheel, the fire source (battery) which located the low park of the vehicle. Simulate with different parameters of parking distance and ventilation to compute the temperature, smoke distribution and the fire spread. The results of the simulation can be used to develop the design, parking distance and the ventilation designs of the underground car park.
